An export declaration is a legal requirement when goods are shipped out of the UK to countries outside the customs territory — whether to the EU or globally. It tells customs what you’re exporting, where it’s going, what it’s worth, and under which classification it should be processed.

Without a proper declaration, your shipment may not be allowed to leave, or it could be delayed, seized, or penalised.

Flat fee for each export declaration: £55
Optional extras (when needed):
• +£15 GMR (Goods Movement Reference)
• +£20 TRACES (Animal-origin/plant goods)
• +£20 IPAFFS (Sanitary/phytosanitary goods)
