Import Declarations

Service Image

An import declaration is a required document that tells UK customs exactly what goods you're bringing into the country — what it is, where it’s from, what it’s worth, and how it should be classified and taxed.

It’s more than just a form. It’s a legal requirement that ensures your shipment is:

✔ Correctly classified
✔ Properly taxed (duties & VAT)
✔ Cleared and released without delays

Get it wrong and you risk:

❌ Fines or penalties
❌ Delays at the border
❌ Seizure or return of goods

Our Role? Make Sure That Doesn’t Happen.

At Customs Flow Declare, we handle the entire import declaration process for you — from start to finish:

• Collecting all required documents (commercial invoice, transport docs, etc.)
• Matching your goods to the correct HS code
• Submitting your declaration in CDS (Customs Declaration Service)
• Ensuring your paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant
